We at InnoviHealth Systems, Inc. (“InnoviHealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) have created this privacy policy (this “Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of InnoviHealth in connection with our websites (the “Website”), our proprietary software as a service (SaaS) Services (the “Services”) which is made available as a web application via our Website and/or a mobile application (if any) and/or desktop application (if any), and when you otherwise interact with us in any way. If you use any Services, you must agree to this Privacy Policy. If at any time you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you must stop using the Services.

This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to the Website, who view only publicly-available content (“Visitors”), customers who have signed up to access and use the Services (the “Customers”), and Customer’s employees and contractors authorized by Customer to access and use the Services (“Authorized Users”).

By accessing and/or using the Services, each Customer and Authorized User is agreeing to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Services Terms of Use.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning set forth in our Website Terms of Use or the Services Terms of Use, as the context requires.

Information We Collect:

We may collect information from or about you from various interactions with us described below. The amount and type of information that we collect depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask new users who may purchase our Services to create an account by providing a username, email address, and billing information. In certain situations, if you do not provide information that we request, you may not be able to use our Services.

InnoviHealth does not directly obtain, store, or process any Billing Information.

Information collected and/or received through the “Live Chat” feature on our Website: Some of our Websites provide you with a “Live Chat” feature on our to better assist you. When you utilize the “Live Chat” feature on the Website to reach out to us with questions about our business, Website, Services, pricing, products, services or anything else, please only provide necessary information. All information you provide through the “Live Chat” feature will be used to assist you and answer your questions; provided, however, for recordkeeping, training and quality assurance purposes, we may record and maintain a transcript of any communication in the Live Chat.

Publicly Available Information and Third-Party Source:

We may receive information from our trusted partners, such as security partners, to protect against fraud, abuse, and other security threats to our Services, and from marketing vendors who provide us with information about potential customers of our business services. We may also collect publicly available information concerning business prospects and leads from consulting firms, marketing firms, third party databases, data brokers as well as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and similar public business information websites.
